Local Bookshops

Waterstones

18 Park Ln, Sheffield S9 1EL, UK – 0114 256 8444

Great book store. Welcoming helpful staff that take time to have a chat with you. Really useful click and collect service. And really good value for money

I was looking for some academic and more specialised reference books. This branch of Waterstones focusses on novels, children's books and some limited history, cooking, travel titles etc as you might expect in a large shopping centre. It's also pretty small....I was advised by the friendly and knowledgeable staff that the branch of Waterstones in Sheffield city centre is the place to go for serious academic stuff. This is a great place to hang out for a while though if you like books! Enjoy.

Waterstones

Meadowhall Centre, 26 The Arcade, Sheffield S9 1EL, UK – 0114 256 8495

The staff are friendly and helpful. I've had some great recommendations from them over the years. They are always ready with a smile. I love shopping here!

Meadowhall now has experienced educators willing to help parents buy books to aid their children. Id have been in quicker if id have known!

The Works

Very cheap for reading books and colouring books fantastic for the kids.

Fantastic customer experience, big thank you to the lovely lady, that recognised me today after leaving my loyalty card by mistake a couple of weeks ago and returning to me. Definitely exceeded all expectations, and to be fair all the staff are usually friendly and helpful, great shop :-)
